At ROUTESERVICE.LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality services in garden maintenance, garbage collection, and snow removal. This policy establishes the terms and conditions of our warranties and limitations of liability.
1. Service Warranty
Our services are backed by a commitment to customer satisfaction. Below are our warranties detailed by service type:
1.1. Garden Maintenance and Landscaping
✅ We guarantee that our gardening and maintenance work will meet the agreed-upon standards and will be carried out professionally.
✅ Plants: The warranty for plants is one (1) month from the planting date. This warranty covers healthy plants in good condition at the time of planting.
✅ If a service does not meet what was promised, the customer may request a review and correction of the service within sixty (60) days after the completion of the work.
✅ Exclusions: We do not guarantee the growth of plants, grass, or trees, as external factors such as weather, watering, and subsequent care (which are beyond our control) affect the results. We also do not cover damage to existing plants by external factors.
1.2. Garbage Collection
✅ We are committed to carrying out garbage collection at the times and dates established with the customer.
✅ Exclusions: We are not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, street closures, accidents, or other factors beyond our control. Nor are we responsible for the collection of improperly packaged garbage or incorrectly located for collection according to our instructions.
1.3. Snow Removal
✅ We guarantee the cleaning of the agreed areas within a reasonable time after the snowfall, prioritizing safety and accessibility.
✅ Limitations: We do not guarantee the removal of 100% of the ice or snow, as continuous accumulation, extreme weather conditions, or melting and refreezing can affect the effectiveness of the service.
✅ Exclusion of liability: We are not responsible for accidents due to slips or falls in areas that we have cleared, as the accumulation of ice can occur naturally after our service.
2. General Warranty Exclusions
Our general warranty does not cover problems derived from:
❌ Extreme weather factors or natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, fires, etc.).
❌ Damage caused by third parties, animals, or by misuse or negligence of the customer in the treated area.
❌ Changes in the structure of the land, constructions, or modifications made by the customer after the service.
❌ Improper use of products or treatments not recommended by our team.
3. Responsibility and Limitation of Damages
ROUTESERVICE.LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages derived from the use of our services, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other indirect damage.
In the event that there is a problem with our service and it is determined that it is our responsibility, our responsibility will be limited to the cost of the service provided.
We are not responsible for damage to personal items left in the work area.
4. Procedure for Warranty Claims
If a customer considers that our service has not met what was promised, they must follow these steps:
Send a detailed request to [email protected] within seven (7) days after the completion of the service.
Include photos and a clear and concise description of the problem.
Our team will evaluate the request and respond within fifteen (15) business days.
If it is determined that the problem is within our warranty, we will offer a solution, which may include:
Repeating the service at no additional cost.
A partial or full refund, as appropriate.
5. Policy Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. We recommend that customers review this page periodically to be informed of possible changes.
